Please consider donating in support of Evergreen Elementary School's Leadership Club, as they collect much-needed items for the Rotary Club of Carol Stream!
As Evergreen Eagles, we have an opportunity to “Take a bite out of hunger!” Through the collection of donations, we will help restock the food pantries that support Carol Stream families. There are many folks in our community faced with not having enough food. Doing a little work together will go a long way to help those in our community.
Starting March 11th, through March 21st, leadership will be collecting food and tallying which grade level has collected the most. The grade level winner will get to have a PJ day/stuffy day with a movie of their teacher’s choice.
Items that need to be donated:
Preschool: Condiments, cooking supplies, canned meat
Kindergarten: Powdered and evaporated milk, canned fruits and vegetables, spices
1st grade: Instant oatmeal or grits, healthy cereals, peanut butter and jelly
2nd grade: Boxes of rice, pasta/pasta sauce, biscuit mix, dried fruit
3rd grade: Laundry detergent, Shampoo & soap, toilet paper
4th grade: Diapers (sizes 3-5), wipes, pet food
